Our Client: Regional Government

Task: To create unified registry of property complexes of the territorial community.

Solution: The product is intended for: automation and centralization of the processes of primary accounting of facilities with a detailed description of the property of public utility companies; management of the property of public utility companies; financial and analytical reporting on public utility companies and their property. The System is a database of public utility companies and property of territorial communities. The database also includes property on the balance of public utility companies and provides the ability to maintain a centralized registry based on the use of modern web technologies. The main purpose of such System is the registration of public utility companies, simplification of property accounting and the possibility of obtaining up-to-date information on such objects at any time, reporting on public utility companies and property. The objects of the System are information about the property complexes of the territorial community and information relating to public utility companies, on the balance of which are property complexes.

Features:
1. Automated accounting of public utility companies and their structural subdivisions, property, association of property of public utility companies into structural components.
2. Archive management for electronic documents (scanned copies of documents, text documents, images, etc.) related to the main objects of accounting (public utility companies, structural units of public utility companies, property belonging to territorial communities, etc.)
3. A stream of up-to-date information on the property of public utility companies, to create a variety of analytical reports for internal and general use relating to the property of public utility companies, to simplify processes related to the property accounting and amending the control and disclosure.
4. Creation, acceptance, processing and generalization of financial statements and financial plans of public utility companies (institutions, organizations).
5. Construction of management processes as to 1) the primary account of the objects, 2) the transfer of leased property of joint ownership of territorial communities. The possibility of conducting a current inventory report on communal property, their classification by groups on the basis of objective criteria for the formation of a management strategy for each group.
6. The effective control over financial and economic activities of balance holders of communal property facilities.
