Assistant is a versatile automation engine used to streamline routine infrastructure operations for inhouse and outsource needs. Assistant capabilities include protocol to bind different services, operation execution, time tracking, multiple chatbot interfaces and data gathering.

Assistant includes multiple services like:
Ethan - server deployment bot. Supporting over 200 servers for the moment. Has Slack API. Conversations with him look like a conversation with a typical DevOps. He has an avatar of a bearded robot. The beard grows a little with every task.
BPM - Trello plugin that automates company task management, process management and reporting.
